Information about claims reporting​

Here you can report claims if you have insurance linked to your credit card, including illness or incidents during travel as well as purchase protection insurance.​

To ensure the fastest possible handling of your case, please have the following documentation ready:​

• Card number and card expiry date. ​
• If the incident occurred during a trip or before a trip, please have your booking confirmation, bank statement, medical certificate/records, and any relevant receipts available. In case of trip cancellation, also have the cancellation confirmation available. ​
• Bank statement showing that you paid for the trip/product with the card/account. Your name and the bank’s name must be visible. ​
• For personal accident insurance or delayed baggage, please have the delay certificate or PIR report (Property Irregularity Report), as well as any receipts for expenses incurred. ​​
• Account number/Swish details for reimbursement.
