Here you as a Bank Norwegian customer can easily report your insurance claim such as travel damage or damage related to your additional insurance.
To enable us to process your case as quickly as possible, have the following available:
- Card number and card expiration date
- If the damage occurred during a trip or before a trip, have access to travel documents, receipts for your expenses, records
- Account statement showing that the trip/product was paid for using the card/account
- If you have lost your baggage or your baggage is delayed, have access to your PIR report (Property Irregularity Report)
- When filing a claim for additional insurance, bring out your insurance certificate
- Account number in IBAN format for payment
