If you have a payment or credit card through Bank Norwegian, you can easily report your insurance claim here

To make sure your case is handled as quickly as possible, please have the following documents ready:

  • Card number and card's expiry date
  • If the incident happened during or before a trip, have access to the booking confirmation, bank statement, medical certificate/records, and any receipts. If the trip was cancelled, also include the cancellation confirmation.
  • Bank statement showing that the trip/product was paid with the card/account. Your name and the bank's name must be visible.
  • In case of a delay (person or baggage), have access to a delay certificate or PIR report (Property Irregularity Report), and any receipts for expenses.
  • Account statement showing that the trip/product was paid for using the card/account.
  • If the incident is related to product insurance, have the purchase receipt and bank statement available.
  • Account number or Swish number for payment.
